Roof and Wall Panels

PBR

The PBR panel’s deep ribs create an even-shadowed appearance. The area between the major ribs is reinforced with minor ribs. PBR is one of the most economical panel systems and can be used for both roof and wall applications.

Shadow Rib

The ShadowRib™ panel combines aesthetics, economics and function to bring definition to metal structures. This panel is a proven performer and a versatile tool to the designer. Structural strength in the ShadowRib panel is accomplished without sacrificing appearance or design flexibility. The fluted face creates distinctive shadow lines.

AVP

The Architectural “AVP” panel for side walls produces a decorative smooth shadow line, creating a distinctive architectural effect with semi-concealed fasteners. Ribs are 11/8″ deep and major corrugations are spaced 12″ on center. The net coverage of the panel is 3′-0″.

Standing Seam Roof Systems

BattenLok HS

A unique feature of the BattenLok® HS panel is a vertical leg side joint that is mechanically seamed with an electric seamer for a weathertight finish. This panel features concealed clips and easy to handle 16″ or 12″ wide panels custom cut to the desired length. BattenLok® HS can be installed directly over purlins or bar joists.  It does not require a solid substructure for support. This roof system has several different UL® 90 construction numbers.

Double-Lok

Double-Lok® is a metal standing seam roofing product attached to a sub-framing using a variety of concealed, interlocking clips that provide for minimum panel penetrations. Double-Lok® panels can be used on new construction as well as retrofit on existing structures. This panel design provides a high degree of weather tightness and has been tested by independent laboratories in accordance with ASTM E283 and E331 (for air infiltration, water penetration, and wind uplift).

Ultra-Dek

Ultra-Dek® is a metal standing seam roofing product attached by using a variety of concealed, interlocking clips that provide for minimum panel penetrations. The Ultra-Dek® panel can be used on new construction as well as retrofit on existing structures. This panel is designed to provide a high degree of weathertightness and has been tested by independent laboratories in accordance with ASTM E1680 and E1646 (for air infiltration and water penetration).

CF 7.2 Insul-Rib

The CF 7.2 Insul-Rib insulated metal panel combines a traditional 7.2 rib panel with a polyurethane insulated core. With a bold, ribbed pattern, this panel creates a unique architectural or industrial image. The 7.2 Insul-Rib panel can be installed both vertically and horizontally, allowing architects flexibility with design.

CF Architectural Vertical

The Metl-Span CF Architectural insulated metal panel is ideal for high-profile architectural applications with its flat, monolithic look. The panels are designed to be installed vertically with concealed clips and fasteners in the side joint. Architectural wall panels provide a beautiful, flush appearance, allowing architects flexibility with design.

CF Flute

The ribbed profile of the Metl-Span CF Flute insulated metal panel provides bold vertical reveals complementary to almost any commercial or industrial building. The Flute wall panel is also a suitable profile for the exterior of cold storage buildings.

CF Light Mesa

The Metl-Span CF Light Mesa insulated metal panel is well suited for exterior and interior walls and ceiling applications. The shallower version of the Mesa profile creates symmetry on the outside of the building and room to room within. The minor rib provides a flattened appearance. Light Mesa panels are ideal for commercial, institutional and industrial applications.

CF Mesa

The Metl-Span CF Mesa insulated metal panel is well suited for exterior and interior walls and ceiling applications. CFR

Developed as the preeminent innovation in all-in-one composite panel design, this standing seam roof panel combines durable interior and exterior faces with our unmatched polyurethane core. The CFR roof panel provides an unsurpassed weathertight seal and service life. Ideal for commercial, industrial and institutional markets, the panel can be used on roof slopes as low as ½”: 12″.

CF Striated

The Metl-Span CF Striated insulated metal panel is an attractive alternative to typical flat wall panels. The exterior face is lightly profiled with narrow longitudinal striations, which create a subtle shadow effect but exhibit a virtually flat appearance from a short distance away. The Striated wall panel is an exceptional value, combining the aesthetics of a flat wall panel with the high insulation ratings of a polyurethane core.
